Rules and Guidelines

  • One nomination per person per month
  • Eligible nominees include Military, Fire, EMS, and Police
  • Nominee must be a resident of Oakland, Macomb, or Wayne county
  • Nominee must own their own home and provide proof of ownership
  • Winner will choose a Comfortmaker furnace or air conditioner
  • Restrictions may apply, contact office for more details
  • Raffle will take place the last day of each month
  • Nominee's need to be nominated every month to be entered into that months drawing
